Heavy Industrial demand side management services. We will do complete energy audits to identify the systems and machines with the greatest potential for energy savings. We will analyze and model systems to identify and evaluate changes that will reduce electrical demand. Condition Monitoring and Vibration Analysis Geared to the commercial and industrial markets, we provide a wide range of condition monitoring services for your equipment. We will assess the ongoing condition of your machines through regular inspection and testing. To start, we will document the existing conditions of your machines by collecting process operating data and vibration data. We will collect this data on a regular basis, scrutinize it, and track it. We will inform you of any changes in the data which indicate deterioration of the machine. We can assist with maintenance planning. We can set up a route based program at your facility and either collect vibration data ourselves, or train your staff to collect vibration data at points which are predefined and carefully marked If a machine is running rough, we will perform a detailed vibration analysis, including phase and spectrum analysis to identify the nature of the problem and pinpoint causes and recommend solutions. Power and Industrial Systems Operations Support and Engineering Troubleshooting, data collection, system modeling, feasibility studies, economic analysis, design and project management relating to power generation and industrial systems. Piping System Hydraulic Modeling We can build computer models of new and existing piping systems for the purposes of selecting pumps, valves, and pipe sizes as well as for evaluating changes to the system and its operation. We use the "PIPE FLO PROFESSIONAL" software developed by "ENGINEERED SOFTWARE" of Washington State. General Mechanical Engineering Pipe sizing, duct sizing, pump selection, fan selection, valve and damper selection, specifications and drawings. |
